General Information
Here at our Dallas office ( 2872 Walnut Hill Lane , Dallas, TX 75229 ) we
have a complete repair facility, staffed with fully trained repair technicians
to service D.T. Systems collars and products.
We can fix most problems as well as replace lost
or stolen transmitters or receivers on many of our
current and previous models. Replacement collars
and transmitters do have to be done here since the
frequencies between the collar and the transmitter
have to be matched up to each other.
***Please note – some of our oldest models
such as the 77DT and the 400DT series were completely
sealed units and cannot be opened to be repaired.
To see if your collar is one of these turn the collar
receiver over. If you see screws then your unit can
be opened and repaired. If you do not see any screws
then your unit is sealed and your best bet would
be to trade it in on a new unit. For information
